Enter your order details below and we'll start the process for your return or exchange. Please note this is for non-custom rings. See our policies below the form.

You'll need your order number and the email address used to place the order. Both are in your order confirmation email.

The Exchange Process

Once your exchange coupon is issued, use it at checkout to purchase your replacement ring. Once we receive your original ring back to the address below, we'll send out the replacement.

Returns / Exchanges Policy

Silicone Rings — Wrong size or style? No problem. Send it back in original condition for an exchange or full refund. You cover return shipping.

In-stock Titanium / Tungsten Rings — Send it back in original condition with tag for exchange or refund. You cover return shipping. Rings under $100 have a $10 exchange fee to cover shipping and handling of the replacement.

Custom Titanium Rings — Custom titanium rings have a $75 exchange fee at our discretion, and a 15-day exchange window from delivery. This is due to recycling the original ring and producing the replacement. We strongly recommend our free ring sizer before ordering a custom ring.

Clearance / Mystery Rings — All sales final — you got a bargain.

The Process

Refunds — Once we receive your ring back, refunds are processed within 24 hours. Funds may take up to 7 working days to appear depending on payment type. No restocking fees.

Exchanges — Replacement ships within 1–2 business days once we receive your original ring (and any additional payment if required).
