Built for a lifetime.
Tungsten carbide is the hardest ring material we stock. Here's why it doesn't scratch, bend, or tarnish — and how ours is made.
Scratch-proof hardness
Tungsten carbide sits just below sapphire on the Mohs scale. 4× harder than titanium, 10× harder than 18k gold — meaning the ring you pick up on day one looks identical on day 10,000.
Heavier than gold
Each ring is pressed from tungsten carbide powder at 2,000°C and precision-CNC'd. The density gives it a real, weighted feel — nothing flimsy, nothing hollow, no plating to wear through.

Tungsten can't be resized — but in a true emergency it can be safely cut off. Best to nail the fit the first time. Three ways to check.
The details.
The Unique Nebula 8mm Tungsten Ring is built on a tungsten carbide base and finished with a galaxy-inspired outer pattern that gives each ring a more individual feel. It keeps the hard-wearing benefits of tungsten — weighty feel, strong scratch resistance, and easy day-to-day practicality — but moves away from the standard plain black or silver look. The 8mm width gives the design enough surface area to actually show off the pattern properly.
This is the ring to choose if you want your band to have personality without leaning into novelty. Wipe it down after heavy wear and avoid sharp impacts on tiled or concrete surfaces, as tungsten is very hard but not bendable. If you are still comparing styles, our tungsten rings page is the best next stop.
