60-day return window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange on any unworn ring in its original packaging. Custom titanium rings have a 15-day return window.
Exchanges
First exchange is free on rings over $90 AUD. Rings under $90 incur a $10 exchange fee. A second exchange on any ring is $10. Custom titanium exchanges carry a $50 remake fee.
Refunds
Full refunds within 30 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition and packaging. After 30 days, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis within the 60-day window.
Sale and clearance
Sale and clearance items are exchange only, no refunds. A $10 sale exchange fee applies.
Lifetime metal warranty
All our titanium and tungsten rings carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears during normal wear, contact us with photos — we replace the ring once and cover the return shipping.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless it is a warranty or faulty item claim.
Australian Consumer Law
These policies are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your ring is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to do, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
