"The ring itself is okay however I feel that being only a web based interaction with consumers really takes it's toll on the customer service aspect. You should have a telephone number which people can call with inquiries etc because yes even if you have reasonable email response times some people often aren't in a place where they can type and email and it's not instant like a phone call. Other than that I'm happy with the purchase. Also the reviews don't seem to be realistic as you only have 5 star reviews which makes a place seem illegitimate when you filter what is said. You have a great product just improve the service."
