"Customer service from rings online has been amazing, however the quality of rings leaves a lot to be desired. We have just received our 4th replacement/warranty ring in just over 12months. Our original was tungsten and koa, it broke within a few weeks, replaced it & same thing happened only quicker. Changed style but still included timber in the design, only a few months later the ring broke. Have now chosen all metal - no timber, only time will tell. Disappointing that the original ring that was photographed in our wedding isn't the one we've ended up with."
