Helix Rings is an Australian-owned and operated ring retailer. We are run by 3Servants Pty Ltd (ABN 85 167 988 196), the same Brisbane team that has been selling men’s rings online to Australians since 2006, and we ship every order from our warehouse at North Lakes, Queensland.

What we sell

Helix started with one idea: a ring you can wear on the tools, in the gym and in the water without worrying about your finger. That is still the heart of the range, our silicone rings for men and women, in widths from 3mm stackables to 9mm ultra-wides and in every colour we can get made well. Alongside them we carry titanium rings, tungsten rings and made-to-order custom titanium rings for the days a metal band is the right call.

How we work

• Dispatched Mon–Fri. In-stock orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) from Brisbane with Australia Post tracking. See our shipping policy.
• 60-day exchange. If the size or colour is wrong, you have 60 days from delivery to swap it. Custom titanium is made to order and has its own window. See our returns and exchanges policy.
• Lifetime warranty on metal. Titanium and tungsten rings are covered for life against manufacturing defects, replaced once with return shipping on us. Plating and inlays are excluded. Silicone rings are replaced for tears, splits or faults in the first 30 days.
• Get the size right first. Order our plastic ring sizer or use the ring size chart before you buy.
