Custom Titanium Rings

Each ring is machined to order rather than pulled from stock. You choose the width from 3mm to 8mm, the profile — flat, rounded, half-round, step, grooved or tapered — and the finish, polished, brushed or satin. The ring is then cut and finished in solid titanium before it ships from Brisbane.

Custom rings are built after you order, so they take longer than an in-stock band. The production lead time for each style is stated on its own product page — check there before ordering, particularly if you have a wedding date. In-stock titanium, tungsten and silicone rings dispatch far faster.

Yes. Helix custom titanium rings are cut, finished and engraved to your spec, and the product descriptions state that custom engraving inside the band is available. The order form itself only asks for your size, so send your engraving text with your order number and the team will confirm it.

Use the free ring sizer before you order. Helix posts out a plastic finger sizer at no cost so you can confirm the fit before the ring is cut, and the product pages recommend exactly that. Our ring size chart page converts AU, US and millimetre sizes, or any Australian jeweller can measure you free.

Custom titanium is treated differently from stock rings. The returns policy gives custom titanium a shorter return window than the standard sixty days, and any custom exchange carries a remake fee because the replacement has to be machined from scratch. The product pages also state custom rings cannot be resized — so size first, order second.
